Why did I not receive an email verification code when I registered?

Two possible reasons are: (1) you did not type in your email address correctly. Make sure to type-in your address correctly. (2) The email that was sent to your account went to your Spam or Junk folder. Please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Why are the graphs that I copy to clipboard from Rguroo do not paste to Word or PowerPoint?, How do I fix it?

When you copy a graph in Rguroo, both the graph and its URL get copied to the clipboard. Word and PowerPoint look to upload graphs from the URL, but due to security of Rguroo they won’t be able to access the graph via its URL. In order to copy the graph in either Word or PowePoint click on the ``Paste’’ dropdown (usually on the top left under the Home tab), and select “Paste Special …”, and from the list that appears select “Picture.” Your graph should be copied.

Why is the Rguroo output sometime partially shown, and how do I fix it?

To solve this problem use your mouse/trackpad to grab the vertical line that divides the left and right pane in the Rguroo application window and move it slowly. This will cause the remaining part of the output to be added to the page.

When exporting output to Word, the graphs do not show in the document. How do I get them to show?

This is an issue with newer versions of Word. To resolve, select “Edit” and select “Links …” Select the graphs that are on the list and check the option “Save Pictures in the Document.” Follow the instructions and the graphs should appear in your Word document.

When I try to login, I get the message “Authentication Failed.” What can I do?

Most likely you have either typed-in your username or password incorrectly. In case you have forgotten your password, please go to the login page and select “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions to reset your password.

The icons on the left panel for folders, datastes, graphs, etc. have disappeared and are replaced by dots. How do I fix it, so I can see the icons.

This happens at certain zoom levels for the browser. If you either zoom-in or zoom out one or more steps within the browser (usually by using Cntrl- +/- or on mac by Cmd +/-) you will get the icons back.
